CCM Serial number with 3rd digit as a letter? Please help with year

I recently purchased this old ccm bike but the serial nember is odd as the 3rd digit is a letter. Could someone help me with the date on this bike. It has the oval headbadge with the crown logo. It also has an Eadie rear coaster hub wich I'm also finding hard to date as well. The front hub is a Phillips Celtonia and it has cottered cranks.It looks like the serial number is 47A269 and the hub just says EADIE COASTER no patent dates.

Roadwothy , I have an old CCM for lady and my serial number has some numbers and the A at the end , means i have a 1949  with a loop frame but the bike has been repainted in the same color but not a good job . Anyway i don't know the model because the paint hide probably the name .

EDIT : this bike has a pair of 28 wheels ..

 I added new pictures that I thought I uploaded when I first made the post. I thought it was 40's because of the badge and cranks but I keep a screen shot of the famous list of CCM serial numbers and it doesn't have any serial numbers with the 3rd digit as a letter. Roadworthy do you have another list that includes this type serial number. Or do you put these serial numbers in with ones that end in a letter.
