Yes, that is a good find! I would guess between 1915-1920? I don't think the wheels or seat are original though, but I am not an expert. Can you send me a few other pictures? superdavetlr@gmail.com

That looks like a flyte tail light on the bike?
Model 416 is in the 1913 CCM brochure. That date is an estimate on my part as the brochure has no date. The bike could be 1912 to 1914. The catalogues in this era do not have complete bikes just parts. It is hard to date exactly. What is the serial No.? Ron
I'd place it 1916. In addition to the other items mentioned, the chainguard is not original.
You asked about value. The bike looks pretty rusty and if you where to restore it you would never get your money out of it. If you just want to clean it up ,new tires and what ever it needs to get it ridable you could have some fun with it. Just my take on it.Maybe it is not as rusty as i see it?
