It looks pre CCM because it is a Cleveland not a CCM. The American version not a CCM. I put the photo of the pedal into my Iphoto and lightened it a bit. You can clearly see that it is not a Gibson pedal. It is the American version I think called Muscleman or possibly another name. Im pretty sure my Gibson pedal rubbers will interchange in those pedals. SO, who originally desingned them CCM or a US company?? The US ones have similar rubber but without saying Gibson just the lines.
Also the rack and stand is a different design than CCM version. CCM truss rods were almost always nickel or chrome plated and have a different fastening at the fork crown. CCM cleveland head badges all have Canada Cycle & Motor Co. in small print at the bottom. The tires are the American single tube type.
