End of the CCM Inch-Pitch Era?

I am trying to figure out the year in which CCM made the switch from inch-pitch sprockets and chains to half-inch-pitch sprockets and chains (not including the Flyer Professional Racer). I am pretty sure that this took place somewhere between 1908 and 1915. Also, when did CCM introduce the "Hercules" one-piece crank? I know that these were available by 1915. Any thoughts?
