Evangeline Light Roadster

I wish some information for a non-online friend.  He wishes to restore a bicycle.  The names on the bicycle are Evangeline Light Roadster, Yarmouth Cycle Company (Nova Scotia).  He believes that it was manufactured in the USA, possibly on the eastern seaboard.  He believes that it was "rebadged" by the Yarmouth Cycle Company.  He is looking for the name of the manufacturer and contact information for a source of parts and supplies, particularly for the wheels.   I am new to this site.  I will try to upload a picture next week.  (He lives in the country, quite distantly away.)  Thank you for any information.  GAB on behalf of GB.
