Found bike needing restoration, looking for information

Hi,

I just received this bike from my brother in law who knows I'm into fixing up old bikes. There is no badge on the front and I can't find any name on the bike anywhere, other than ccm on the handle grips. I'm just curious if any one can tell me roughly the age of the bike, or other information.

This does not appear to be a CCM product based on the S-shaped down tubes. The two-tone mattress saddles started to appear in the very 1950s and extended into the early 1970s but are generally considered a 1960s trait. In the photo, it looks like the rear rim is Westwood (i.e. no sidewalls) while the front is Endrick (i.e. has a sidewall). Is this correct?
