Installing new rubber pads into Gibson Pedal frames

I recently purchased a set of the replacement Gibson pads that are sold on this sight. I cannot, no matter how hard I try, get these installed into the frame. Does anyone have any advice as to what to do to get these installed?

ron miller the man you bought these from can explain how to install  these pedal rubbers i am sure hope this helps  william rudolph

Got it done. Thanks for your help Ron, but I still cannot say the job was "easy", my fingers and thumbs still hurt, lol.
