New 26 X 1 3/4 tires are quite easy to find. Schwinn also used this size of tire and there are always a large number being offered on Ebay.com, including whitewalls.

just go to your local bicycle store and they should be able to order 26" X 1 3/4" tires in all black, just did last month for a CCM delivery bike and they are perfect
don't know about the exact tire you are looking for Michelin "furgoncino rinforzato"? mine are just generics
I also have NOS DUNLOP 26" X 1 1/4" , 26" X 1 3/8" and 26 X 1 1/2"
and NOS Indian Head Black and White walls 26" X 2.125
