Massey Harris head badge

My collection of ancient Canadian bicycles is growing with the addition of a 1905 Massey Harris. I am looking for a head badge and I am willing to pay good money for one.

it seems as though head badges were removed and  collected after old bikes were considered out of date, so head badges must be out there!

Well done. I would have thought that finding one of these in tact would have been near impossible.

Yes it was a minor miracle. Amazingly the bloke I bought it from had another one ( a 'dual wrap' - mine is a 'triple wrap') but was not prepared to part with it. Fair enough.

I am tempted to get it reproduced but the only badge replica manufacturer prepared to copy it that I can find is in the US somwhere and I am  reluctant to post it to the otherside of the world and return (I am in Australia) for fear of it being lost or damaged.
