Massey Silver Ribbon

 I acquired this Massey Silver Ribbon and was curious if it is a pre-CCM or one of the ones reissued around 1915. Unfortunately this is pretty well all I got. i also got the back wheel with wood rim. Any help with this would be appreciated.

The saddle appears to be a 1895 Christie anatomical saddle, have you got a clear picture of the crankset?
