Need to know the value of a CCM Marauder 1973

I still have my old CCM Marauder 1973, the first bike I bought with my own money!

Now, I need to make some place and I want to sell it.  It has not been used for more that 45 years, so it needs to be renovated.  How much can I ask for it?

I don't know the value as I usually collect 100+ year old bikes, but once you decide on a price I might be interested. Where are you located?
