Hey guys I have this old 2 wheel rat rod and I am wondering what year it might be.

These #s are stamped just below the seat at the top of the tube.This is how it reads....A39757

This says the Charter, it is 1968. on the other hand, there two different years but as yours is not very old, in my point of view it is 1968

Unless the OP has omitted a character in the serial number, I believe this may be a 1961 model as opposed to a 1969, by which time the serial number format had added a  sixth number following the alpha prefrix.
