pump part

I am re-doing my standard british bike pump and need to know where I can get the little rubber cup that screws to the bottom of the shaft.

 

And what were they lubed with oil or grease?

a lot of the pumping plunger washers were made of leather i have made  a few using a piece of leather and cutting it round with a hole in the center and forming it into a cup shape by soaking the leather in oil it becomes quite pliable. the leather cups were lubricated with oil but the rubber ones used grease.the cups came in many sizes. ihope this may be of some help . william rudolph

I looked around for the rubber ones, does anyone where they might be found?
