Russell Automobile

Hello all,  I ran across this photograph that is SUPPOSED to be a Russell automobile.  I have my doubts as the decorative German Silver Plate on the face of the radiator at the top looks different to me as the bottom part is not arched on the bottom as most of the Russell's I have seen (photographs) are.  The sides of the dashboard are scalloped out which is very unique also, which would be another clue.  I have the Russell book and the CCM book but none of the photographs are detailed enough for me to look at the sides of the dashboard. Would like to have everyones opinion.
