If by chance you have spokes in the wheel now, remove one and measure from the inside of the elbow to the end of the threads to determine the lenght required.
Best to measure in mm's vs imperial as most spokes are sold that way today vs the CCM days.
Hope either of these replies help
If you need custom cut and threaded 14g spokes in stainless or stainless black, I can provide them
thank you everone i know about spoke calculators but i though someone might have made up a chart for these old wheels as they did them i have a few written down but i cant find my chart thanks william rudolph
In the 1960s, as a reference for mechanics, CCM started to publish spoke lengths for their standard wheelsets. For a V160 rim in 18 x 1-3/8" with a CCM hub, the published spoke length varied from 7-1/8" (1960s) to 7-1/4" (1970s).
I typically measure everything myself and use an online spoke calculator because spoke length varies by rim type and hub dimensions
To properly determine that you need to know:
Diameter of the spoke holes center to center on the flange of the hub you are using
The distance between the flanges center to center on the hub youn are using
Diameter of the spoke hole in the hub youn are using
The Effective Rim Diameter (EFD) of the rim you are using
Number of spoke crosses you want to have
(Sometimes the off-set of the spoke holes in the rim matter as well / drilled straight down the center of the rim or left-right sides down the rim)
Without these 4 measurments, along with how many crosses you want the spokes to have, you can't figure it out.

as I have my own spoke machine.
