I found 9 of the regular truss rod brackets and 5 of the balloon tire brackets. Surprisingly, not all of the regular brackets are the same size. One is slightly larger. If you can wait a little bit longer, I have a delvery bicycle in poor shape, in parts in a box on a high shelf in my garage. I was thinking of restoring it at some point, but I have way too many restoration projects and really no more space for completed bicycles. I can pull the box down. I am pretty sure that the exact part you need is in the box. If you need something else, I might have it. You should email me.
