Unknown headbadge on what I believe to be a CCM frame

Good afternoon, I recently purchased this bicycle but I have yet to determine the company by the headbadge.  The serial number on the frame reads, 20888T.  If this is a CCM number then the bicycle dates to 1960.  The S.A. rear hub is dated 1957.  I have attached a sketch of the badge and a photograph.  I have also included this little Youtube video with the before and after photos - the bike had been painted this green and white colour with house paint and a brush - it needed revisiting.

I can't help much on this one. It does look like a CCM made bike. On my Zenith there's nothing that tells it's a CCM except the cranks have very little letter stamped on them. Maybe the head badge was a replacement. Good luck!

The headbadge looks like a Marshall Wells headbadge. I used to have a bike that had a headbadge like that.
