Here are 16 scan pages of my 1921 catalogue. Cover page, PP8, PP11, PP12. Enjoy
Here are the years of manufacture that correspond with the Cleveland model numbers of sold by Lozier Toronto from 1896 to 1899. Advertised prices along with some other information helps to explain the numbering system. It was put together after an analysis of Toronto newspaper ads, which is not a foolproof method. If anyone has a bike with a model number that contradicts what's here (like a model 39 Ladies for example), please let us know. Lozier had some leftover Model 22 and 23 frames from 1896 which it continued to sell in succeeding years at a discount:
Although this is a site dedicated to CCM, I think this catalogue is interesting and a useful resource. This is from a photocopy; I don't have the original unfortunately. The Comet factory was at 17-19-21 Temperance Street, across from their previous factory on Adelaide St., Toronto. It seems their bikes had head tube decals not metal badges, so I imagine there could be some unidentified bikes out there that are Comets. The fork crown is unique (I hope) so check that picture if you have an early mystery bike at home.
Note the absence of the Navigator (badge with biplane), and the appearance of the Autocycle.
Some images look a bit distorted due to curvature of the pages. I didn't want to force the binding flat while taking photos.
