i recently found an old ccm cushion frame with a new departure model d rear hub but one of the axel nuts is split it is not 3/8 24 or 26 i need one can you help the wheels are not correct but on nut will help me untill i find the correct wheels
There are a lot of New Departure parts available on e- bay. This was a popular hub a lot were made. The web is full of "vintage balloon tire" collectors with parts stashed in barns and attics and this is just an axle nut for the common model d new departure. I am sorry I don't have a source on the tip of my tongue but like I said, go to e- bay and look under "new departure model d" or just under new departure.
