The 1906 Catalogue has the Sills stem, Patented Aug. 30 1904. Very likley was in the 05 catalogue. In all catalogues untill 1918 not in 1919 or 1920.
They do not work very well and break up badly. They have too many thin tubes to have any strength. The hindge joint wears and the steering becomes very sloppy.

The 1904 catalogue didnt ahow the sils stem. I wonder if 1905 was the first year for it
