a retired doctor in woodstock got this bike new in 1947 hes dad paid 40.00 for it new . he called me and ask me if i would like it . i said sure bring it over . he gave it to me !!!!! from bicycle larry
Nice! Is it a tall frame? If so I have forks for it (yours are bent). I hit a lamp post at speed in my '47, which bent the frame but left the forks (and me) untouched. Same colour, with original pinstripes. If you are interested, measure your head tube and let me know. -Brian R.

yes brain its a tall frame one. i do have a tall frame hang up but its blue nice frame and forks from bicycle larry

Leave the fork in the frame. I have a straightener you can use if your up my way or we could save it for a work shop at Jamie's next year.
