1968 CCM Mustang Restoration Help

So I just picked up a 68 Mustang at a yard sale thinking this might be fun to retore as I had one of these when I was a kid.

problem is that I cant remember what parts are original and this bike looks like its had modifications along the way as well as missing some parts.

What I know is good :frame ,forks,stem,handle bars,crank and rear fender

The rims do not look right. This was a three speed but has the wrong rear wheel and if I remember correct the front wheel on the thee speed was fatter than a coaster or duomatic so I need to know what sizes and rim markings to look for.

Missing the front fender if anyone has one and probably could use a rear as well as it is pretty pitted.

Also need to know what manufactuer was used for the brake calipers as I remember they where different. 

Last of all this thing is really scratched up and I would like to repaint it but I hate to destroy the original stickers on it . Does anyone make good reproduction stickers.
