Bayliss-Wiley Front Hub on a '68? CCM Ranger?

I picked up a CCM Ranger last week, I have been stripping it down, my research on the serial number suggests it is a 1968 model, it has 26" painted wheels, and looks like a smaller sized Rambler. The rear hub is a 1937 Patent coaster that I have stripped down and is in excellent condition, today I stripped the front hub down though and it is a Bayliss-Wiley made in England. I looked up their hubs and saw a lot of high flange front hubs, but this isn't a high flanged hub, it is loose bearings 10 per side.... I was wondering if anyone knew the history of Bayliss-Wiley, and what their relationship with CCM is?

post pictures of the bike...

these hubs belong to another bike, probably late 40's or early 50's.

absolutely, i have those BW hubs made in england on an early 50's ccm ladies bike .

I was thinking the same thing "Old Bikes" esspecially if you have a 1937 Patent rear hub. I obtained an old CCM Cadet awhile ago that has the 37 rear hub but a BW front hub, it also has a BW Bottom Bracket and crank. The serial number unfortunately on the frame does not jive with the ones on the list i believe it's somewheres between 1937 and probably 1950.
