I tried to upload pix of Curtis' SCP, but the individual files he sent me are too big and I can't get them out of the gif format, so I will forward them to John and hopefully he can work his magic, so you can see this rare bike
Curtis' SCP is certainly pre-war. I can only suggest sometime between the time SCP started up in the early 20s to late 30s. SCP serial #s do not follow the CCM #s
It is not the post war frame style to 1962, which has a truss on the head tube that is joined to the top and bottom tube
If my focus (finally) wasn't on pre 1921 bikes, I would scoop this one up..it certainly is a unique and extremely scarce bike with many desireable elements like double bar motocycle frame, original BSA hub, Dunlop Imperial tires, Williams 3 pc crank, etc
I am interested in buying this bike. I've emailed Curtis twice with no response. Can someone tell us where the bike is located? I can only drive so far. Does he have a price in mind, or is there someone who is suggesting a price to him? Is he interested in a trade for a different bike? -Brian (in Toronto).
Thanks Wayne. Does anyone have experience transporting a bicycle long distance by Greyhound? I will try contacting Curtis again.
I noticed the photos show similarities between this bike and Alan's bike in the forum titled 1930s?? Supercycle Twin Bar. Maybe SCP was the company that supplied bikes to Canadian Tire for some of their Supercycle models? The chainwheel pattern is the same on the two bike and the same as my 1947 Supercycle as well. Opinions?
I have used that method many times. Takes longer but very reasonable has to be under 100lbs and comes with tracking.Go on line to get a price.i had a bike sent from Oklahoma and picked it up in Buffalo Ny bus station for $45.00US took 4 Days
Curtis, I emailed you again yesterday. If you didn't get it and it's not in your Spam folder, please email me at brianrreynolds@yahoo.com (don't forget the extra r in the middle).
Gt, thanks very much for the info on Greyhound, it sounds like the way to go. -Brian R.
Pictures?
Email Curtis at the above address for photos. He's also looking for 1920 - 1950 CCM paqrtsw. Got any to sell? Again, email him at the above address.

Brian: Its in NS. He has lots going on and eventually will respond to his email which is yorke@hotmail.ca
I`m sure he is not interested in trades as he is rebuilding some motorcycles and wants $ for those ventures
