Metal Head Badges - Last Year??

What was the last year for the metal head badges?  I have been told that it is 1964, but I don't have any 1960s catalogues or other reference material to confirm.  Out to you for input.  Cheers, Wayne

Regrets, I've had a few.....

One of the regrets I have regarding my early research into the history of CCM is that I never realized who Doug Peace was. Doug lived with his family in a stone house on the edge of Perth, Ontario, where he conducted a small antiques business. I lived not far away and would occasionally pop in to see what he had. Although I never met him, I recognized him and would often see him at auctions in the area.

Evans & Dodge Bicycle 1896 - 1900 (Revised)

When I went back and re-read my initial post, I realized that it wasn't particularly clear. So I revised it. Hopefully it makes a little more sense now.

CCM Mustang rims?

I have two rear wheels for CCM Mustang's. One is stamped "V160 MADE IN CANADA-20A", the other is "V160 MADE IN CANADA-18x1 3/8 E4J". What's the difference? They appear to be the same size.

CCM Plant - Weston

Some cool shots of the plant in Weston. Thanks to John Maniezzo for posting them here and to Alan for alerting us here.

In the news department....

Canada Post is going to issue a stamp with a 1908 CCM motor cycle on it. They were looking for additional info and I directed them to Dave (Brown) and Ron (Miller). Hopefully they've followed-up on this.

Reebok is currently setting up a display of historical CCM items at their company headquarters in Montreal. if anyone has any vintage CCM hockey equipment or memorabilia to sell, let me know and I'll forward you their contact.

CCM Catalina

Just got back from a little road trip. Found a CCM Catalina.  I would appreciate any info anyone has on them. I will post pictures as soon as I clean it up a bit. Thanks!
