Anyone have the rare CCM ranger chain guard or at least know where i can get the PANTHER decal?

I.d. Help, model and year

Can anyone advise me as to the model and year of a woman's CCM serial number 4N3885.

Free parts

Have a C.1940 maroon CCM bike, was ridable then took it apart and lost a piece of the rear hub so I will give it away for parts if you pay the shipping.

CCM Decal Question 1940 Flyte

Does anyone know the correct Decals for a 1940 Flyte? (My frame is Maroon)

Does the C.C.M. FLYTE have a thin black line around the letters, or just solid gold? (Logo "O" or "P" above)

Would the Seat Post downtube be Logo "C" or "D" (See above for Gus's Decals)

CCM Tour Du Canada

Hi to all, i found this gorgeous Tour du Canada on the net and could not resist in buying it . It is in very pristine condition and all the Campagnolo Nuovo grouppo is in perfect shape.

Early CCM Badge Questions

I'm putting together a c.1920 Gendron 855 CCM ladies bike.

The little metal badge insert is rusted. Does anyone know what colour these inserts were in the teens and '20s? Were they always the same colour or did they vary depending on model? year? frame paint colour?

What about the badges - were they nickel plated? See the photo - I'm wondering what it looked like originally.

CCM 1940 Flyte 8

I bought a 1940 Flyte 8 at a farm auction in Saskatchewan. I'm going to put back to as original as I can. I'm slowing removing the green paint to the original maroon underneath. I have bought a couple other CCM's to use as parts(1937 & 1939). The bars & stem that came on the Flyte 8 are on the left. Are these correct, or should I use the stem on the right?

CCM Option in 1939?

I have a 1939 CCM Mens Bicycle, and I've never seen a Factory keyed lock built on the frame (Right side on rear wheel) Has anyone seen this before?

1900 CCM Red Bird 54 Project

I'm excited to start restoring a bike from CCM'S first year of production, 1900. With help (thanks Dave!), I've learned that the CCM Brantford Red Bird Model 54 Ladies falls between the Brantford Model 50 in an 1899 Brantford catalogue, and the Model 56 in a 1901 CCM Brantford catalogue. It has the rounded fork crown of the 1899 model and the little frame cross member of the 1901 model. For 1901 CCM wrote about their new (squared off) fork crown.

‘37 Hub clutch won’t engage

Hi, I just cleaned and reassem a '37 hub but the clutch won't engage. It just spins freely in both directions. If I tinker with it, I can get it to engage temporarily, but if I change directions it won't engage again. How does the clutch drag spring work. Could that be the issue?

Thanks in advance!
