New Saskatchewan CCM Owner

Hello, I recently purchased two CCM bicycles and was looking to find out more about them. One has Rambler on the frame with the Serial # 48C191 near the seat post, and the newer is a Hercules with the serial #H094124 on the left side of the frame near the rear wheel hub.

Thanks.

Hi from BC

Here it is after cleaning, regreasing bearings, new chain and seat. The steering stem is not original.

Hello. I recently found an old CCM in a shareshed. From the serial number I believe it was made in 1947. My plan is to fix it up. Any info about the bike is appreciated.  Thanks.

My name is Aaron and ive been into muscle bikes for 10 years. I restored a Murray Wildcat several years ago. Last week I finally got a vintage CCM Mustang 3 speed that was partially restored but the paint wasnt the greatest, so im redoing it once I find all of the correct parts.

Another newbie from Southern Ontario

Hello!  My Uncle Mark has introduced me to this website.  I have a couple of CCM's from the 50's that need some TLC (that my uncle had found in our neighbours barn).  I am a newbie to the vintage cycle addiction, and looking forward to it!!

Hello fellow collectors and enthusiasts,

I am new on the Vintage CCM website. I have managed to acquire a modest collection of vintage CCM, Werlich and Sunshine bicycles, tricycles and playthings over the past ten years. Fortunately, I have a wife and daughter that appreciate the collection and have accepted some of the items as part of our home decor. I will post pictures over time to share with those who appreciate a bit of Canadian history.

Hello from St Catharines

Hello,

I am new to the group.  I live in St Catharines, and I am interested in British and Canadian military bicycles, especially those from the WW1 and WW2 eras.

CCM and Planet "Cadet" bikes were issued to the WW1 cyclists, though they also used BSA and other British military bikes.  During WW2, some CCM bikes were presented to the RCAF, and some may have also been used by the army.

I noticed an ad for an early CCM Cleveland on the Windsor area Kijiji this morning, that may be of interest to people on the group.

Winnipeg Musclebikes

Hello

My name's Doug.

I'm from Winnipeg and have been collecting mostly msclebikes for ten years. I'm a stickler for collecting information and am always willing to help out with questions.

I recently collected serial numbers from 50+ CCM bikes between 1960 and 1977.

I'm pretty confident of my findings and can help with dating most bikes in this period.

I'm still looking for a few catalogs prior to 1977.

I made a brief appearance here a year or so ago, but lost my log-in info.

I'm back. :-)

Winnipeg Guy

My name is Tom Majure. I have been watching this site for a while. Time to join. I have been playing with vintage bikes, mostly older CCM bikes but look at most any bike. I talked to a lot of people on this forum through emails and some in person. Great to see some interest in Vintage CCM bikes.

Hello from Guelph

Hello,

Glad I finally found a site on CCM.

I owned several CCM's over the years which started my passion for bikes.

Currently I own several CCM's ranging from the Bike wagon that my mom bought in the early days, restored CCM Mustang, 3 joycycles, trikes from 1942 and early '60s, Grand Prix from 1969 and a rare Imperial 700 '3-speed' and more.

I also own a CCM parts box that has all sorts of spares.

Recently I just aquired a 1941.

Greetings from Newbury, ON
