CCM sold under?

I was wondering if someone knew under what badges CCM sold their bikes. I know there was Black Hawk, Zenith, Empire, possibly Super Cycle and of course CCM. Any other that I might have missed?

CCM road bike *updated*

I have this CCM road bike that said made in france. I've never heard of that. Anyone know more about them?

Here's the bike. Anyone as any infos? I've never seen that headbadge either. Any idea of the date... my guess is 80's.

ccm tandem parts

Hi, I just joined group so I could  get rid of  an old tandem frame. I picked this frame off the side of the road without looking too close at it and did not want to throw it in the trash. It is  a boulevard brand but i think it is made by ccm.Thought someone here could use it for parts . this is not a complete bike and is very rough. Seats and wheels are missing, frame was damaged at downtube and headtube and poorly welded. It has both cranksets and pedals, handlebars and chainguard. the fork seems ok. I live in Hamilton .

Need help identifying this CCM oldie...

Hi!  Can someone help me identify the year of this CCM.  Also, can you let me know if the parts on it are original or not.  Many thanks!

Making Bicycles

Some may have already seen these but here are a couple of early movies showing how bicycles were made.

Can someone help out identifying this CCM?

Unfortunately it's buried under a lot of stuff and couldn't get something much better than these snapshots.

I attached the pics in this thread.

The gears last time that the bike was in a working state (late 60s) were not properly working.

It belonged to my father. Is it feasible to find parts to repair it? Can the gear system be replaced in whole?

Serial # decode tutorial requested

My unrestored survivor vintage CCM is badged Zenith, sold by Marshall Wells Stores.  It is maroon with white pin stripes on the fenders exactly like one i've seen posted elsewhere on this forum.

Really New to vintage bikes

I picked up a so I was told 1969 0r 1970 Super-Cycle for $60. It is a single speed coaster. The seller told me that the bike was actully built by CCM for Canadian Tire under the Super-Cycle badge. To me it looks like a CCM it has the bolt on rear arms which run from the seat post to the wheel arm, but it does not have the CCM in the crank like other bikes I have seen

So I guess my questios are is this really a CCM and how to I figure out the age of it? Last question where is the serial number located and would it show up in a CCM search?

37 model hubs

there are 3 different types of 37 model hub shells that i know of  1 is nickel plated i think with just a unthreaded hole which is covered up with a clip that goes around the hub. the next one i think is also nickel plated but has a oiling cap that opens up. the other one is also threaded but it has a rubber piece were the oil goes and i think is chrome plated and is of a different shape on the brake arm side.  i presume the latter hub is the most recent.  any ideas as to what years the changes were made. any help appreciated. thanks in advance. william rudolph
