Hi we found this bike under a pile in the garage I'm clearing out for an estate. The man was a hoarder, his dad was too. I know nothing about bikes and parts. I found one number by the left wheel and that's all. Help is needed. Message me directly and any help is appreciated.
I am excited to introduce my self to this group! My name is Brian Dallner and I am the owner of BDesigns, which usually creates reproduction decals for vintage motorcycles, however, I am expanding my offering of decal reproductions into the vintage bicycle market.
Hi all, I have neen restoring bicycles from 1893 to present primarily for a display at a Motor Museum of bicycles related to the Melbourne to Warrnabool Road Race in Victoria Australia, the 2nd oldest one day race incthe world. My earliest is 1897 and most recent 2011.
recently I was gifted 4 Massey Harris bicycles, dating from 1899 to 1905 I believe, they are in generally good condition and will restore beautifully. I have lots of questions and would also like to share each reatoration over time.
so for now its a short hello from Downunder

Hello. My name is Jeremy from Calgary Alberta.
I have been a lover of bicycles and working on them since I was a young teen and made 3 junky BMX's into one good one. I have spent a lot of time working on and upgrading more modern bikes of the cross country and downhill type but have always wanted a nice vintage cruiser. As I'm sure you have guessed, I finally got around to aquiring one.

I have owned the Formula one since1968,. This was new in 1969,bought for my 21 birthday. Just starting to clean it up after many years in storage (not me, the bike).hopefully I can obtain helpful information over the next few month. With the covid shutdowns, the CCM has provided me something to keep me busy.
Hi all,
Thought I'd make a post to introduce myself. Long time reader of this site, new time poster.
Just want to say it feels good to know that I am not alone in being a fan of products of pre 1982 Canada Cycle and Motor.. It seems useful to stay in touch with each other to keep these old beauties riding on the road.
Hi Folks, I always liked the CCMs as my older brother had one back in the early 60's. Of course we hacked that one up to hot rod it at some point like young idiots, so it no longer exists but just yesterday I happened to see this one that reminded me why they were such cool bikes. It is a Boy Scouts Of Canada model still in quite good orginal condition. It must have been kept inside for many years.
Thanks for the add, I recently picked up a 1974 CCM Cheetah for my daughter, she is so excited.
Thanks for the add to this site. I have collected the CCM bike for well over 20 years now and still get excited when i find one . I mostly buy but do sell the odd one. Its hard to let go sometimes. I find most of my bikes from garage sales or the local scrap dealer. I wish to educate my self on what some makes and models are and i think i may have found the spot . Thanks again.
