Received these photos from Rejean of his wooden-wheeled Falcon. The last one shows it strapped to the back of his 1927 Chevrolet. Anyone familiar with a Falcon?
Hi to all.
I recently received a CCM bicycle. The MFG date code is : 6E0824.
Am I safe to say this is a 1941 model? Does the 6 represent the month of the year?
The bike did not come with a chain guard and I have had no luck trying to find information on this
model on the internet. Tire size is: 26x2x1.75
Does anyone know the model designation of this bicycle.
Thank you.
Curtis

I believe I have a ccm Frameset and was wondering if you can help identify year, model, and how to build it up? I will be interested finding history of bike and best way to build it so its period correct? The serial number is on the bottom bracket. It is X23053.
A fellow sent me these photos hoping that someone could date his bike. Anyone want to take a stab at it? John
Here are a couple photos of my old bikes, any help is muchly apprecieated,
The first one I think I have figured out it's a 1927, but I could be wrong!!!
The light blue with no seat I think is from 1951......
I bought this old house painted bike this spring. I saw it had a wood rim on the front and a skip tooth Williams crank with a CCM steel rear rim and New Departure rear hub. It was not the nicest bike but iot looked like pre 20's. I started looking for a clue to the year of the bike and manufacturer. First is the crank, Williams are date coded. I pulled of the crank arms and chainring and was surprised, A for a date code, 1912/1913 the first year they made cranks. Also Patent and what looks like a u next to it.
At a country farm auction this weekend a friend of mine purchased a pair of his and hers BlawkHawk bicycles. The badges read BlackHawk, nothing else. The rims are 28 inch and say made in Canada, the seats are British leather saddles., and the bars are not crossbraced. Did CCM make Blackhawks for a certain store, or are they even CCM? Over the phone my friend gave me the serial #s, I have no ;pictures yet. The mens Blackhawk is H088746, the ladies BlackHawk is H115081. Any ideas? Thanks folks!
