Electric motor kit for 1960's Catalina bicycle

I am considering to purchase a motor kit for bicycle. Do not want to spend too much, as will be a prototype.

I have saw some kits on amazon.ca for about $100., such as  the 24v 250w electric motorized conversion kit.(side mounted)

Has any member havean opinion on these kits or make a suggestion.

Best Regards,

T.J.
