1940's Prototype CCM bicycle

I recently aquirred this CCM prototype bicycle as well as two tool chests that belonged to Charles J Faith. Here's what I was told about it as well as things I've learned while looking it over and cleaning it.

I was told this bike was designed and built by Charles J Faith at CCM in Weston, Ontario. Charles worked at CCM in the 1940's as an engineer. Even though he was not a papered engineer he had this amazing ability to problem solve, build and create. All the employees admired him and looked up to him for advice and idea's.

LOOKING FOR TIRES

Hello all,

I realize that what I am looking for may not be common, but you don't know until you ask. I am looking for correct rubber for a 1950/51 CCM balloon Motorbike. The 1951 catalogue lists 26x2, and a wise friend stated i need 26x2.125.  I would love white walls, but would settle for black. Everything on bike is original except for the rubber. Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve

CCM Crescent Bike

I was just given an old CCM Crescent bike and although this is not my first vintage bike I do think it might be the oldest that I own. The serial number is N35741 which I believe in a 1929 but correct me if I am wrong.

Bike ID

I purchased this bike but havent gotten it in my possession yet. Any idea of the model?

Does anyone have a decal like this?

I bought a wood rim with red and black stripes and a decal with "Weston Ont" on the bottom half of an oval. I think I can make out the CAN of CANADA on the top half but it's hard to make out. It might be a ccm decal but could be a wood rim supplier in Weston. If anyone has a decal like this in better condition could you post a pic please?

Got this one a couple years ago

About six years ago the neighbor had a garage sale explained he got this bike from his Dad in 1956,I should have bought it as it was in incredible condition, another neighbor bought it, put flowers in the basket, painted it light green and left it out in all weather for four or five years, I bought it at her estate sale
