New Ride

I just got home from picking up this little jem. I've searched all of the usual spots for a serial # (lower seat post, bottom bracket etc) but have yet to turn anything up to confirm the year of manufacture. I bought it from a guy who owned it since it was new in the '60s and he obviously took pretty good care of it. There is minimal surface rust which should clean off no problem and there is a tear in the seat but besides that it appears to be 100% complete. My favorite part is the duomatic hub. I just got my first one earlier this year and I love how they work.

Have a lad in Australia wondering about a CCM "Tourist" bicycle. Anyone ever come across this particular model before?

CCM Cobra

So, I haven'tbeen on here in a while, and some of you may recall me restoring a "ccm cobra". Turns out it was a supercycle cougar x-500 which I wound up trading for something else. However, recently I got an e-mail from someone who was selling an actual CCM Cobra, and I picked it up!

A bit of a strange one....

Received this photo of a tricycle you pedal with your hands from Jamie McGregor. Anyone have any info on it?

CCM Mustang

Received the following letter from a feloow naqmed Ryan. Can anyone help him out? John

Am looking for a picture of my childhood bike. i found some that were close
but just not the same. 1975-79 ccm mustang 3 speed, gold colour with the
suicide shifter. it had gold flakes in the seat and a small sissy bar. also
cant quite remember if it had ape hangers or not. any pictures would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ryan

War Time CCM Bikes

Did CCM do what the American bicycle manufacturers did during the war years with blackout hubs, cranks and chainrings? I came across an old ladies loop frame bike that has no screw holes for a badge( I know they used decals during the war) and what appears to be all un chromed parts. I'll send pics to John and hopefully he can post them for me. Thanks for any info.
