Hi All,
I was hoping someone could give me a list of all the 1965 CCM bicycle models...or better yet, brochure images.
I'd like to keep a look out for something from that year, but I'm not quite sure what CCM produced as I haven't really found a list or anything.

Hi,
I noticed on the handlebar of my Rambler that the centre clamp area is not of uniform diameter. On the drive side (just right of centre) the clamp are is larger. I assume this was typical. However it is difficult to get the bar properly positioned in the stem clamp. The stem is original but very inflexible to expand to accomodate the bar. I didn't want to pry it open for fear of snapping it.
Picked this up at the bike show a couple years ago from Mr.
Fellow by the name of Ron is looking for more info regarding his bike. Particularly its age. It's badged a Cleveland 124. The fact that it's marked Toronto rather than Weston means it's probably pre-1917. It has a pneumatic cylinder behind the seat and a piece of spring steel behind the pedals making the rear end cushioned . Any thoughts?

My wife picked up a couple of old bikes from a local senior who got both bikes before he went off to WWII in 1939.
The mens bike was obviously a 1938 CCM with proper CCM head badge, and the womans bike was a Simpsons bike.
I have attached pictures of the Simpsons bike and the Simpsons headbadge.
The headbadge says "Simpsons" on it in cursive and above that it has "RIDEWELL" in art deco capitals. In the picture you can see the front letters clearly.

Hi,
I have his CCM Encore and plan on restoring it soon. Just wondering if anyone had any information on the years it was produced. It looks (under some road grim) to have a Shimano 333 coaster hub. The serial# is A766682.

Spring is here thought to share some pictures.It won't be long and The Canadian Vintage Bicycle Show will be approaching.
This 1930 Red Bird that had never been apart .I obtained it as a parts bike but that was years ago so I decided to make a funtionable bicycle.Was very rusted so I oil sprayed, included all parts and rims hot chemicial washed and then finally waxed sprayed.
IM HOPING TO GET AN ANSWER TO A QUESTION. IM PIECING TOGETHER A 1936 FLYTE IM LOOKING FOR A REAR HUB. I DO HAVE A 1920S NEW HERCULES HUB ''WITHOUT A BRAKE ARM''WOULD THAT WORK TO BE ORIGINAL.I WOULD GUESS I CANT USE A 1937 HERCULES .OR IF ANYBODY HAS THE PROPER HUB I WOULD BE GLAD TO PURCHASE IT.APPRECIATE AN ANSWER .THANKS AL alsfirebird67@hotmail.com

I wasn't sure where to post this. It is a technical question.
The rims on the bike I am currently restoring have sand inside the rim. You can hear it when the wheel turns. I tried blowing it out, but it didn't seem to get the most of it.
The rims are 26 x 1.5 F12 V160 Made in Canada
Did anyone else ever encounter this problem? How did you deal with it?
